Here at UK Stair Parts we understand some customers hesitation when it comes to placing orders for staircase handrails and spindles etc, with a company sometimes hundreds of miles away. With quality and service of utmost importance to ourselves and our customers we feel that it may help our potential customers to hear some of the comments from our previous customers. These testimonials are all from 100% genuine customers all of which have found our quality and service of a high enough standard as to take the time to write in and say so, ... to these customers we are extremely grateful.

Many thanks for the very positive response from you and your staff, you have been very professional at all times. I did try to purchase the same order from one of your competitors in the north east of England and they couldn't even be bothered to get back (after several e-mails and lots of my time wasted) to me despite their website saying how good their customer service was. I sent them a copy of their website customer service message and told them to buck their ideas up.
