Deliveries

The delivery service that we supply is very much tailored to your own requirements. Whether it be a very urgent delivery by 9am the next day or just a stock order by the end of the week, we can meet your needs anywhere on mainland UK.

We will always notify you of delivery times before we proceed with an order and again the day before despatch to avoid any unexpected deliveries.

Refunds

Where an order for standard components is cancelled due to no fault of 'UK Stairparts', ie personal circumstances change, a complete design alteration takes place, or a general change of heart occurs, no refunds are given.

Customer Feedback

Just to let you know how happy I was with the stair parts we received from you. The joiner fitting them remarked on the fact that they were sanded. I was suprised at just how much cheaper they were compared to buying a comparable set. Thanks for all your help and advice when I originally called to order. I'll know where to come next time.
