Speaking to customers week in week out, there’s a lot of attention paid to styles of handrails, spindles and Newel Posts. One of the most forgotten pieces of staircase structure and design is the Baserail.
Baserails are an integral part of a staircase which features spindles, they are at the base of the spindle – whilst the handrail sits on top of the spindles. They are an important safety feature for obvious reasons – and they also compliment the overall design of the staircase.
