Base posts are available in many different sizes and in all timbers. If the sizes of base post we provide is not suitable, ask for a base post cut to your own size. All base posts are available in halves for wall fixings.
Our 90mm Base posts are essentially the lower square section of a Full Newel Post, with a 50mm dia hole drilled in the top and rounded over to accept a 90mm Pin Newel on top.

Construction : All of our newel posts, no matter which design or length, are made from solid timber. No veneers or cladding is used in the construction of our newel posts.
