The main split between handrails, is handrails which are wall mounted and handrails which are mounted on spindles. These handrails are available in a wide range of wood, including pine, hemlock, mahogany, ash, oak and walnut. 

Round Handrails are some of our most popular handrail styles, and are typically wall mounted. These handrails are often also known as mopstick handrails, down to the obvious similarities! 

As well as being a great design feature on your staircase, handrails are also an incredibly important safety feature, with staircases requiring to have at least one handrail by law. One handrail is required when staircases are less than one metre wide, with two being required when staircases are over a metre wide. 

All of our round handrails can be supplied with all of the fixing kits that you may need to fix your round handrail to the wall.
