The delivery service that we supply is very much tailored to your own requirements. Whether it be a very urgent delivery by the next day or just a stock order within 10 working days, we can meet your needs anywhere on mainland UK. Where the delivery charge for very small items may seem excessive, please call for cheaper delivery solutions.
Temporary Notice : Please be aware that all couriers are currently coping with a lack of staff at this time and although deliveries are booked on a ‘Next Day’ service, on some occasions this may not occur. We are told by the Courier services that this will be resolved shortly. Thank you for your patience.
We will always notify you of delivery dates before we proceed with an order and again the day before despatch to avoid any unexpected deliveries. Here are some of the options available:-
Collections : Within 7 working days (All collections must be pre-ordered).
To avoid disappointment, always call before collecting your goods. As stated, we will process your order as fast as possible within the 7 day period given. Although items are in stock, they do take time to process.
Walk-In : Within 24 hours (All Walk-In’s must be pre-ordered)
This is a collection service where time is the most important factor. Although these orders are cut to length and processed as normal, they are not fine sanded at the end. Therefore, we are able to offer them on a shorter notice period.
Small items Only (Spindles, Newel caps, brackets etc)
Standard Service (within 7 working days) : £9.95 + vat
Priority delivery (within 3 Working days) Adds an extra £29.95 + vat
Orders including Larger items (Handrails, Newel Posts, Stair treads etc)
Standard Service (within 10 working days) : £29.95 + vat
Priority delivery (within 5 Working days) Adds an extra £29.95 + vat
When calculating delivery schedules, please do not include the actual day of order.
Delivery dates are calculated from the next working day after the order is placed.
Where an order for standard components is cancelled due to no fault of ‘UK Stairparts’, ie personal circumstances change, a complete design alteration takes place, or a general change of heart occurs, no refunds are given. We do not refund surplus items, ie, where the customers over order on quantity etc. Where an item is considered damaged or sub-standard, it must be reported to us within 7 days.
